Subscriptions T&Cs
1.1. Membership includes the following benefits:
- Five (5) guest passes for friends or family members to attend the camp.
- Early drop-off and late pick-up privileges for all camp days.
- A welcome goody bag once you become a Blanco member.
- Discounts on birthday party packages hosted by Blanco Activities.
- Free lunch for your child during camp.
- No additional fees for days out or external activities organised by Blanco Activities.
- Free attendance to the camp for your child as part of the membership.
2. Eligibility and Enrolment
2.1. Membership is available to parents/guardians of children aged 3 to 14 years old attending the camp. 2.2. Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the enrolled child and their parent/guardian. 2.3. A completed membership registration form and payment are required to activate your membership.
3. Membership Fees and Payment
3.1. Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis. The current pricing is Β£85 for gold Β£105 for gold sibling & Β£65 for silver. 3.2. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card. 3.3. Membership will automatically renew unless canceled.
4. Guest Passes
4.1. Members receive 3, 5 or 10 guest passes depending on what plan you choose per subscription period. These passes allow guests to attend a single day at camp for free. 4.2. Guest passes must be redeemed during the membership period and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Early Drop-Off and Late Pick-Up
5.1. Early drop-off is available from 8am, and late pick-up is available until 5pm. 5.2. This benefit is included at no additional charge for members.
6. Goody Bag
6.1. Each member will receive a goody bag upon registration, containing items such as Blanco t-shirt, water bottle & small gifts. 6.2. Goody bags are subject to availability and may vary based on stock.
7. Discount on Birthday Parties
7.1. Members are eligible for a Β£30 or Β£50 discount on birthday party packages booked. 7.2. Discounts apply only to the gold party package and exclude any add-ons or venue hire.
8. Free Lunch
8.1. A free lunch will be provided for the enrolled child during camp sessions. 8.2. Parents/guardians must inform the camp of any dietary restrictions or allergies during registration. 8.3. Valid for only gold members only.
9. Days Out and External Activities
9.1. Members will not be charged additional fees for days out or external activities organised by Blanco Activities. 9.2. Details of such activities will be communicated in advance, and permission must be granted for participation.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
10.1. Memberships can be canceled at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. 10.2. Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused benefits. 10.3. The camp reserves the right to cancel memberships due to violations of the Code of Conduct (see Section 12).
11. Liability
11.1. Blanco Activities will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants but cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during activities unless caused by negligence. 11.2. Parents/guardians agree to indemnify Blanco Activities against any claims arising from their childβs participation at camp.
12. Code of Conduct
12.1. All members and their children must adhere to the campβs Code of Conduct, which includes behaving respectfully towards staff, other participants, and property. 12.2. Disruptive or aggressive behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Camp T&Cs
1. Eligibility
1.1. The camp is open to children aged 3-14 years. 1.2. All participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. 1.3. Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of registration.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1. Registration is only confirmed once the full payment has been received. 2.2. Payments can be made via debit/credit card. 2.3. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations made before the start date will receive credit for the next camp. 3.2. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for credit. 3.3. If the camp is canceled by Blanco Activities due to unforeseen circumstances, full credit will be offered for alternative or next camp. 3.4. No refunds will be given for missed days due to illness, however if can provide a letter from the doctor then credit will be added to your account.
4. Attendance and Supervision
4.1. The camp operates from 8am to 5pm each day. 4.2. Early drop-off and late pick-up options are available for an additional fee. 4.3. Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and collection of their child. 4.4. Children will be supervised at all times by qualified staff members from Blanco Activities
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. All participants must behave respectfully towards staff and other children. 5.2. Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or misconduct will not be tolerated. 5.3. Any child displaying inappropriate behaviour may be removed from the camp without a refund.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. First aid trained staff will be present at all times. 6.2. In the event of an emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately. 6.3. Any injuries or incidents will be recorded and reported to the parent/guardian. 6.4. Parents must ensure their child is fit to participate in camp activities.
7. Food and Allergies
7.1. Meals and snacks will/will not be provided. Please pack a balanced packed lunch for your children with enough snacks and a water bottle. 7.2. Parents/guardians must inform Blanco Activities of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. 7.3. Nuts and other common allergens is restricted in the camp environment.
8. Photography and Media
8.1. Photographs and videos may be taken during camp activities for promotional purposes. 8.2. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please tick the box on the registration form when booking.
9. Personal Belongings
9.1. The camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 9.2. Children should not bring valuable or electronic items to the camp.
10. Liability
10.1. The camp will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants. 10.2. Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in activities involves inherent risks. 10.3. The camp and its staff are not liable for any injuries or accidents unless caused by negligence.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. The camp will not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
